Directions

  1. Wash and dry the chicken breast.
  2. Prepare a mixture of spices and oil.
  3. Smear the fillet well with a mixture.
  4. Marinade the chicken in the fridge for a few hours.
  5. Fry the fillet in a frying pan, 2 minutes on each side.
  6. Bake breasts in the oven, at 200°, for 25-35 minutes.
  7. Enjoy a juicy chicken breast.

If you are tired of just boiled or baked fillet, it is time to diversify the menu.There are so many recipes for which the breast is not the same, and I will show you one of the best. It’s called chicken “buzhenina”.

“Buzhenina” is a large piece of meat coated with spices and butter and baked in the oven. Mostly pork is used for this dish, but what happens if you replace it with chicken fillet? You’ll like the answer. On the way out, we’ll get diet, juicy and very tasty meat.

First of all, wash the chicken and dry it with paper towels. In a separate dish, mix the oil and spices. Based on a set of spices, the chicken beans will either be spicy or savory, or all together. Also at this stage, you can add mustard, soy sauce or any other seasoning, but then the taste of the chicken itself will not be as intense.

With the finished mixture, we smear the fillet well on all sides. Cover the workpiece with a film, lid or plate and place it in the fridge for 2 hours.

You shouldn’t keep the chicken breast in the marinade forever. In 2 hours, salt and spices will soak up the meat well. If you need to speed up the process, the fillet will marinate in 30 minutes at room temperature.

Tip

After a few hours we take out the fillets and fry them on both sides in a frying pan for about 2 minutes. Our goal is not to cook the whole dish, but only to “seal” the meat – to make a caramelized crust, which will give the meat delicious.

Then, in the oven heated to 200 degrees, we put our chicken breast in a container covered with foil.

In 25-35 minutes, we take out the beans and enjoy. Chicken fillet in the oven, cooked according to this recipe, comes out juicy and unusual. And the main thing is that it can diversify your healthy food diet.
