✔ apple puree – 170 g

✔ gelatin – 10 g (2 tsp.) + water 50 ml
What to do if you want sweet, but are afraid to gain extra pounds? Of course, make healthy low-fat cake! In our case, it’ll be a tender cheesecake made of cottage cheese. It’s a very delicious curd dessert that’s just cooked and contains no harmful ingredients.
Among the advantages of cheesecake also note that all the ingredients of this recipe are available all year round, so the dish is by no means seasonal, like cherry and rhubarb pie.
So, how to make a cheesecake? Let’s start by breaking the process into two stages. First, we’ll make dough, second – mousse, which will serve as filling. To prepare the dough crust, we’ll mix all the ingredients together.
Pour the resulting mixture into a form with parchment and put in a heated oven, at 180 degrees. 30 minutes later we take out and let the dough cool.
If you do not want to marvel at the preparation of apple puree, buy it in the children’s department of almost any grocery store. The only thing is, make sure it’s sugar-free. Otherwise healthy cheesecake will not be so low-calorie.Tip
While the finished base cools down, we prepare the filling. For this, we mix cottage cheese and milk. The cottage cheese has to be knocked down on a blender, until it’s homogeneous.
If there’s no blender, you can crush the cottage cheese with a fork. The first time I made this healthy cheesecake, I did it like this. But I realized that without the little bumps, the cheesecake is more delicate. We add a stevia to the mousse. Pour the gelatin in warm water and stir it until it dissolves. Now pour the dissolved gelatine into the cottage cheese with milk.
At 100°, gelatin loses its jelly-forming properties, so do not pour boiling water on it or do not bring it to a boil if you dissolve it in a water bath.Tip
Further cooking is done without baking. We pour the ready mousse onto the cold dough.
We put the cheesecake in the fridge for the night or just for 6-8 hours if you cook in the morning. You have to wait until the gelatin is grabbed and the cheesecake becomes a whole dessert with two ingredients.
After waiting for the necessary time, we take out and eat our creation. Diet cheesecake is almost as good as our more “unhealthy brother”.
