Fast and very easy to prepare drink, which allows you to be saturated at any time of the day – of course, it is smoothie.

The product itself became famous in America, gaining popularity among athletes and people who adhere to good nutrition. Thousands of different recipes can be found online, but I want to share proven and 100% delicious options. Last time I prepared a berry smoothie, and today I will focus on fruit.

As I said before, variations of any kind of smoothies are unmeasured, so you can use any fruit that you like. The same applies to the base, it can be yogurt, kefir, milk, ryazhenka, ice cream, etc. I will cook smoothies with banana, kiwi, yogurt and milk. I will use nutmeg and ground ginger as spices. We will peel the banana from the peel and cut it into pieces in a blender.

We do the same with kiwi. Grinded fruits are easier to beat with a blender and more quickly turn into a mass of the desired consistency.

To them we add yogurt and spices. In addition to nutmeg and ginger, you can use cinnamon, vanillin and other fragrant spices. The main thing is not to overdo it, so that smoothie do not become bitter or the natural aroma of fruits is interrupted.

We beat all the ingredients to a homogeneous consistency. My blender does this in about 30 seconds. Pour milk to the berry-yogurt mass and beat it again until the smoothie is ready.

Basically, nobody prevents to make smoothies only on milk or only on yogurt, but I like this option, because it has perfect consistency and milk flavor with a little sourness from yogurt.

Bananas and kiwi can also be adjusted in quantities depending on their taste. If the kiwi is too sour, it is better to put one piece less. And if the banana is not too sweet, then add another one. Pour the ready smoothie in glasses and drink.

As an ornament and to add a flavor, I tweaked the smoothies with cinnamon before using them.

As you can see, smoothies’ recipes are simple and fast. Used fruit is available in winter and summer, so the drink can be made all year round. Although everyone recommends smoothies for weight loss and diet, I wouldn’t forget that they are enough caloric, so I advise to drink them for breakfast or afternoon.
