Healthy Chicken Pastrami

✔ chicken fillet - 3 pcs.
✔ salt - 2 tbsp.
✔ olive oil - 2 tbsp.
✔ garlic - 1 head
✔ pepper, paprika - to taste.

- Pour the fillet with water and add the salt. Leave it in the fridge for 2 hours.
- Dry the chicken fillet. Stuffed with garlic, cover with spices and oil.
- Put in a heated to 220° oven, for 10-15 minutes. Without opening the oven, we leave the pastrami for 6-8 hours.
- Enjoy diet chicken pastrami.

Recipe for the non-classical preparation of chicken fillet. I’ve already shown Chicken Breast Balyk and Baked Chicken Breast.
We start making pastrami by washing the chicken fillets and putting them in containers. Pour the water so that it covers the whole fillet with a small reserve. Pour salt into water and stir so that the salt dissolves a little and spreads evenly over the container. Leave it to marinate in the fridge for two hours.
Dry the salted fillet with paper towels.
Now we make small but deep cuts in the chicken and insert the garlic. Then we sprinkle the future pastrami with spices and butter.
We smear everything evenly so that the chicken is completely covered with spices. You can mix the oil and spices in a separate container and then smear the fillet. Place the chicken on a baking tray covered in foil.
We put it in a preheated oven, up to 200-220 degrees. We bake at this temperature for about 15 minutes. Then we turn the oven off, but don’t open it! We leave the dish for the night, or 6-8 hours, in a closed oven. In this cooking mode, the pastrami will bake exactly inside, but will remain juicy enough.
In the morning, or after the necessary time, you will be pleased with a delicate breast, which you can eat alone or with a side dish.
Given that the pastrami comes out juicy, you can add it to a burger, pizza or sandwich.
