Directions

  1. Wash the mushrooms. Split the stem and the cap.
  2. Mix minced meat, onions, salt and pepper.
  3. Stuff the mushrooms with the finished filling.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes in the oven, at 180°.
  5. Sprinkle the mushrooms with cheese and pour the eggs. Bake for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Enjoy juicy mushrooms with minced meat.

I love champignons, in every way. They can be grilled, just fried in a pan, mushroom cream soup, etc. The recipe for stuffed champignons is no exception. Its peculiarity is that the cooked mushrooms are juicy, nourishing and yet diety.

First you need to choose the right mushrooms. They should be white dense mushrooms, without slippery surfaces. Wash them well and separate the stems from the caps.

That’s it, the mushrooms are ready for stuffing, we’ve got stuffing to prepare. For this recipe, take any stuffing that does not require long cooking. It can be chicken, beef, vegetables, cheese, etc. I stuffed it with turkey filet.

It’s juicier than chicken, dietetic and very healthy. Add finely sliced onions to the minced meat and season with salt and pepper.

If desired, the mushroom stipes can be cut into minced meat or fried separately. In my case, there was quite a lot of mincemeat, so I decided to additionally prepare cutlets from the mixture of turkey and the remaining parts of mushrooms. We can start stuffing champignons. For this we take the minced meat ball and put it into the mushroom cap.

I will add quail eggs to a few mushrooms in the future, so I did not put too much meat in them, and made shallow holes. As I said, I’ll bake cutlets at the same time as the mushrooms. Stuffed champignons with minced meat and cutlets put on a tray with foil. We put them in the oven for 20 minutes, heated to 180 degrees. At this time, in order not to choke on saliva, it is better to distract yourself. I, for one, was playing with a cat.

It is also necessary to grate a piece of cheese to cover the mushrooms later.

After a while, we take the tray out of the oven.

We sprinkle the mushrooms with cheese, and we pour the eggs gently into the holes. And just for 1-2 minutes, we send them to the oven.

Our wonderful snack is ready – stuffed healthy mushrooms in their own person.

We used to cook them in the oven, but I’m sure you can repeat the recipe in a multicooker or microwave. Although the dish is low-calorie, it is delicious and instantly eaten at parties and meetings.

Attention: mushrooms are very juicy, so it is not recommended to eat them in ceremonial clothing.
