Full recipe
Recently I told about the sweet cottage cheese mass, which is perfect for a dessert.
But is it possible to make such an option, in salty form? Of course it is. According to this recipe, we will get a delicate cottage cheese paste, which can be eaten separately or used as a filling for a sandwich.
For starters, let’s define the cottage cheese. Any unsweetened variant will suit the pasta: crumbly, briquetted and even grainy. You can choose the percentage of fat content of cottage cheese to your liking. Then we prepare the vegetables. Wash cucumbers and tomatoes. If a cucumber’s skin is bitter, we peel it off. Cut the vegetables so that you can put them in a bowl of blender. Add cottage cheese, a spoonful of olive oil and spices to the vegetables.
As you have already figured out, making a cottage cheese spread is very simple – we throw all the ingredients into a blender and grind them to a homogeneous state.
If desired, you can add other ingredients such as dill. But be careful, as herbs can break the delicate taste of curd paste.
Ready curd paste turns out a homogeneous creamy consistency. It is easy to smear, and it will not run off the bread. And most importantly, this snack is not only tasty, but also healthy. It can be safely eaten on certain diets.
Bon appetit! Don’t starve 😋
