More often there is a salty version, but I give preference to the sweet one. Only it turns out more juicy, with a pleasant citrus flavor and aroma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We begin by soaking the raisins. The harder they are, the more time they need to soak. It&#8217;s good when the carrots are juicy and crispy, then the snack will be even better. You can take any apples you want. We prefer sweet and sour apples, but we often make it with regular sweet ones. You can adjust the ratio of carrots to apples, but I like it when the apple predominates. Most often walnuts are used, since they are the most available in our region. But you can use any, mixing it to your liking. My fruit is quite juicy and large, so one orange was enough. With a lemon we do the same procedure. Mix the juice of the orange, lemon and honey in one bowl. Mix well until the honey has dissolved and pour it into the salad.
