Three reasons why it should be cooked:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>it&#8217;s easy;<\/li>\r\n<li>it&#8217;s quick;<\/li>\r\n<li>it&#8217;s delicious.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Let&#8217;s start by talking about the ingredients. Rhubarb and cherry can be used both fresh and frozen. If rhubarb is fresh, it should be cleaned of hard peel, washed and cut into small slices the size of a thumbnail.<\/p>\r\n<p>If you kept rhubarb frozen, it should be allowed to thaw, preferably in the refrigerator or at room temperature, so that it does not run out of a lot of juice. We do the same with cherries. Frozen &#8211; defrost and get rid of bones, if the whole berries were frozen. If it&#8217;s fresh, we just wash it out and squeeze out the bones.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-style-large is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\" style=\"text-align: left;\">\r\n<p>For convenience, it is better to clean the cherries from bones before freezing. In the future you will not have to process cold berries.<\/p>\r\nUseful tip<\/blockquote>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Now let&#8217;s get to the dough. It will be made of two kinds of flour, rice and corn, buttermilk, eggs, baking powder and sweetener. As can be seen from the ingredients &#8211; it is a Health food recipe, so we make dough without sugar and ordinary wheat flour. But if you want, use what&#8217;s on hand.<\/p>\r\n<p>It&#8217;s elementary to make dough. Mix the flour, baking powder, sweetener and mix it. For taste and smell, add some vanilla and cinnamon. This will give the finished cake a pleasant flavour. We add kefir and eggs. Mix the resulting blend well to a homogeneous mass, so there are no lumps of flour left. The dough for the pie on the kefir is quite lush. Of course, the stuffing can be any fruit of your choice, but this recipe is dedicated to a specific cake with rhubarb and cherry.
