Ideal is rump or ham. Loin also turns out well, but it is even better to bake it in a roll without removing it from the bone &#8211; then the loin comes out juicy. Shank meat though is the toughest, but having cooked it according to this recipe you will not notice it. I just had a pork rump, so will show everything on it. Wash the meat well and put it in a bowl, where we will marinate it. We will cook as a whole piece, as this way the pork will come out juicier. It is impossible to achieve a completely similar result if you cut the meat into pieces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The marinade for the pork consists of those spices that are available in the house. The only thing I recommend is to always add soy sauce (1.5 tbsp), dried garlic (1 tsp), salt (1 tsp) and pepper (1 tsp). The soy sauce enhances the meat flavor, so the cooked pork will be more intense. Dried garlic combines perfectly with raw garlic. Despite the fact that it is the same vegetable, in different states, it has a completely different flavor and aroma, so it perfectly complements each other. In addition, I threw in ground red pepper (1 tsp) to add spice to the pork. If you like spicy dishes, feel free to add dried herbs: oregano, basil, marjoram. I had dried basil at home, so I added \u2153 teaspoon to enhance the flavor. Rub the meat well with the spices on all sides. Now cut the cooking bag. I always take a little extra to make it easier to tie the ends. Having tied up the bag on one side, we spread it in a form of a pouch, so that one of the sides was completely on the surface of the table. For example, I don&#8217;t really like cilantro, but I enjoy adding dill and parsley. After creating a pillow for the meat, lay the marinated pork on it.
