It means that it is possible to prepare a delicious baked meat, which will perfectly fit the different garnishes. So, here we go. The steak comes with a small bone, but it does not bother us in any way. I had a Wooster sauce available, so I decided to use it as a basis for marinade. Its unusual spicy taste will add a special flavor to the meat. If there is no Wooster sauce, use a regular soy sauce with spices, as I did in the recipe of <a href=\"https:\/\/negolodaj.com\/en\/recepty\/myaso\/svinaya-rulka\/\">pork knuckle<\/a>. Of course, you can use the oven bag, but then the meat will not lie flat.
