Recently, in many stores there is a product &#8220;cheese mass&#8221;, which is essentially our dish, but with some reservations. They put there an incredible amount of sugar, incomprehensible jams with dyes, oil and other nasty things. I took nonfat cottage cheese as a basis. You can take any other, depending on your preferences and diet. Since we&#8217;ll be whipping curd in a blender in the future, it doesn&#8217;t matter what type of curd is used &#8211; loose curd or briquette curd. The main thing is not to use granular cottage cheese, as it comes quite salty. I put the necessary amount of sugar in the bowl and grind before turning into powder. Now we throw all the ingredients into the bowl of a blender. For diet curd mass, take any nonfat version of the listed fermented milk products. Sugar can be replaced with a sweetener or sugar substitute. But I like this recipe exactly with ordinary sugar.
